Post COVID-19 Security Measures


Our priority is and will continue to be safeguarding the health and well-being of our visitors, guests, suppliers and collaborators, for this reason we have developed and implemented safety and hygiene protocols in prevention against COVID-19 to guarantee, protect and take care of your visit here at Soho Beach Hotel.


Guest Protocol

  • Mandatory review for all guests and employees, which may include a temperature check

  • Reception adjustments to promote physical distancing.

  • Room keys disinfected.

  • Hand sanitizer station available at check-in.

  • Sanitizing mats arranged at the entrance of the hotel.


Lobby and Common Areas

  • Hand sanitizing stations in key areas of the hotel.

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection with EPA-registered chemicals with special attention to high contact points.

  • Lobby seating area and pool reorganized to facilitate physical distancing.

  • Signage and markers that communicate protocols of physical distancing in the Reception and public spaces.

  • Antibacterial soap for hand washing in public restrooms.

  • Hand sanitizer stations located outside of restrooms

  • High sensitivity disinfection with EPA registered chemicals.

  • Hand sanitizer available in elevator lobbies.


Rooms and Cleaning Service

  • Cleaning and disinfection of each room.

  • There is no cleaning service while the guest is in the room.

  • Personal protective equipment worn by all housekeeping staff and changed after each room.

  • Continued use of EPA-registered disinfectant chemicals, proven effective in preventing transmission of COVID-19


Protocol for Employees

  • Temperature control of employees upon arrival.

  • Mandatory use of mouth covers by all employees.

  • Gloves used as needed by department.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers at the entrance and in all employee work spaces and common areas.

  • Physical distance observed in all employee areas.

  • COVID-19 related training provided to all employees.

  • Signage that communicate physical distancing protocols in all employee areas.

  • Sanitizing mats available at the entrance reserved for employees.
